Dr. Thomas Otieno Juma
Thomas Otieno Juma (DPhil) is an expert of International Relations and Diplomacy with keen focus on Africa. Currently lectures Public Administration at University of Kabianga, Kericho - Kenya. Administratively at the moment serving as the Head of Department Humanities and Social Sciences at University of Kabianga at the same time a serving Member Board of Graduate Studies (BGS) representing School of Education, Arts and Social Sciences. Previously in 2020 taught at The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) having been a Part Time Lecturer at Moi University, Kisii University, and Rongo University. Juma is a member of International Political Science Association (IPSA). Holds a PhD in Political Science, Kisii University (Kenya), MA in International Relations and Diplomacy, Nkumba University (Uganda), and having obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), at Bugema University (Uganda). Has authored many articles in refereed journals centred on; Regional Security, Diplomacy, Conflict, Governance, and Policy in these areas found in open online research depositories such as Social Science Research Network (SSRN), Research gate, and Academia.edu.
