Prof. Paul O. Onsare, an Associate Professor at the University of Kabianga, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (phD) in English language Education from Moi University in December, 2011, Master of Philosophy in Educational communication and Technology (English Education) (M. Phil), Moi University in December, 2005 and Bachelor of Education Arts, B.Ed. (Hos) Moi University 1994.
